We had a cooling unit emergency in our Condo unit when it was 100 degree weather … we contacted Seb , and he inspected , complied with all the management co license and insurance requirements, got the unit installed within 24 hours (start to finish). Very professional and highly recommended.
Sebastian realized that this idiotically constructed home had an intake that was located outside. This means the unit was pulling in 95 to 110° air and trying to use that air to cool the home.
